1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 72 hours before event: 80% refund of advance.
- Cancellation 48 hours before event: 50% refund of advance.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in case of:
- Last-minute cancellation
- Change of mind after decoration setup
- Incorrect information provided by client
- Force majeure situations.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
4. Rescheduling
One-time rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 48 hours prior to the event.
